Our guests typically stay from 30 days to 6 months or more. Our corporate apartments in Tampa are fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay including all utilities, bedding, dishes, and many amenities.


What makes this different from a hotel?

At Avenida Suites, our corporate housing accommodations are typically twice the size of hotel rooms and many times are up to 50% less than the cost of similarly equipped hotel accommodations. You get the comforts and conveniences of home, which may include your own private parking spot and / or garage, a private mailbox and neighbors that don’t come and go on a daily basis.


Are office/computer desks  available?

Yes, many of our suites already have desks and chairs, space permitting. However, if one is not there, it can be made available. Extra charges may apply.


What kind of selection would I get?

We specialize in catering to the needs of our guests. We have many different styles of condos, town homes, and apartments available; each has its own unique interior design and decor. Most offer 1 or 2 bedrooms, but if larger corporate housing options are needed, we will work hard to satisfy your needs.  We can customize options and find new locations with our vast network of rental communities


How much are phone or internet services?

We provide high-speed Internet service free of charge to our customers. Since most people have cell phones, we do not include phone service as a standard feature; however, it can be made available for your convenience. Extra charges may apply.

Do you offer weekly rates?

No, unfortunately we do not. Our services are tailored to customers that require accommodations for an extended stay of at least 30 days, with most staying for 3 – 4 months and some as long as 6 months.
