What type of housing do you offer?
Avenida Suites provides fully furnished homes in condominium and highly rated apartment communities designed to provide the feeling and convenience of home. Our guests typically stay from 30 days to 6 months or more.  Our suites are fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. One price includes all utilities, bedding, dishes, furniture, and many amenities.

What makes this different from a hotel?
At Avenida Suites, our corporate housing accommodations are typically twice the size of hotel rooms and many times are up to 50% less than the cost of similarly equipped hotel accommodations. You get the comforts and conveniences of home, which may include your own private parking spot and / or garage, a private mailbox and neighbors that don’t come and go on a daily basis.

What kind of selection would I get?
We specialize in catering to the needs of our guests. We have many different styles of condos, town homes, and apartments available; each has its own unique interior design and decor.  Most offer 1 or 2 bedrooms, but if larger accommodations are needed, we will work hard to satisfy your needs.
